Grand Prize
The top vote getter that is an ANI or NIAC member will receive the Grand Prize of $250.
Other NIAC and ANI Finalists
Nineteen other finalists will each receive a check for $100. Winning photos for cash prizes and publication must be members of ANI or NIAC on February 14, 2012.
Finalists that are not NIAC or ANI Members
Winning photos from nonprofits that are in the top 20 vote getters but are not members of ANI or NIAC will receive a free copy of the book Nonprofit Sustainability: Making Strategic Decisions for Financial Viability, written by Jeanne Bell, Jan Masaoka and Steve Zimmerman.
In addition to the photo contest exposure, top ANI and NIAC photos also may be featured in our 2011 Annual Report and/or websites. This is great free publicity for your nonprofit to an audience of thousands of viewers with a “heart for nonprofits”!
Each participant had the option to submit up to twenty photos. Nonprofits with the most total votes for all photos win! Voters may vote on as many photos as they like each day. Tip: Click the name of each organization to see all the photos.
This contest was announced in January to our members via email, website, Facebook and Twitter. The deadline for photo submission to this contest was February 14, 2012.
